Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return or exchange your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

You can Return or Exchange the product if,

  • You received a damaged product  - inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • You received a defective product  - inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • We shipped a wrong product - inform us within 48hours of receiving the product
  • You want to Exchange the Size - inform us within 15Days of receiving the product

Send us an image of the concerned product at  support@neevov.com

Return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice.

Please note that the exchange product will be shipped out only after we have received the original product and exchange also depends upon availability of stock after we have received the Original Product.

We Do Not accept Returns or Exchange for:

  • Used products or products not returned in the same condition as you received.
  • Products not exchange or return within the given timeline.
  • Bulk Orders, unless there is some defect in Products from our end.
  • Customise Orders, unless there is some defect in Products from our end.
  • Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  • If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.Damage to Product on self-ship will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us.
  • Items under sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged

To Return or Exchange the product:

Our logistics partner will pick the product from your delivery address. Kindly ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice.

If your delivery address pin code is not listed in our reverse pick-up serviceable list, you will need to courier the product to us at the below address. We will reimburse the courier cost incurred by you upon providing us the courier receipt, maximum of Rs.100/-.After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Once we receive the product, we will provide a replacement or refund your payment if replacement is not possible.

Payment Of Refunds

All refunds processed are credited through the original mode of payment.That means, money originally paid for through bank transfer will be transferred back to your bank account and payments made by credit card will be reversed and reflect in your credit card statement.In some cases, we can process refunds through different mode then the originally payment made Please note that It will take 14 working days to process the refund after the product is received in the warehouse.

You will receive an email once the refund is initiated by us.From then it takes the payment gateway and the banks about 7-10 working days to credit the refund to your account. 

Fair Returns

We always try to serve you best, but we have noticed that few accounts abuse our easy returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs. 500/- for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.
